Santika Indonesia Hotel & Resots, a fast growing hotel group with 50 hotels & resorts ranging from luxury to smart hotels is going to open new hotels until 2015. We are inviting potential candidates to meet our challenge for the following positition :
Hotel Manager
Bali, Jakarta, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tengah, Sulawesi Tenggara, Banten, Gorontalo, Kepulauan Riau
Responsibilities :
Budgeting and financial managementm, planing, organising and directing all hotel service, including front office, food and beverages operation, housekeeping, engineering and human resource.
Requirements :
- Male, maximum 42 years old
- Education background in majoring hospitality / tourism / hotel management oe equivalent
- At least 1 years of working experience as Room Division Manager or 4 years as Front Office Manager / Executive Housekeeper in reputable chain hotel
- Possess strong leadership
- Willing to selection process in Jakarta (headquarter of Santika Group)
- Ready to post in any city within indonesia (preferable)
