1. Interior Design Assistant

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in Interior Consultant/Contractor, in Hotel is a plus.
• Preferably female
• Able to use AutoCAD or any interior design tools.
• Able to work under pressure
• Good speaking and writing English. Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus
• Knows a lot about ID local suppliers, ID fitting out contractors, ID Loose furnitures contractors
• Eager to learn and have a great attitude
• Full-time position(s) available.

2. Senior Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in related field. Holder of professional qualifications will be an advantage
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience. Exposures in developers and/or consultancy firms is preferred
• Hands-on experience in handling luxury hotel projects or large-scale mixed-use developments on site is favored
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Sound contractual knowledge, possess high integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required
• Knowledge in local languages and construction regulations would be an advantage
• Based on site
