Job Specification
- Experience in handling complaint of the guest
- Familiar with handling check in/out procedure
Job Profile
- At least minimum 2 years experience in same position at 4 or 5 star hotel or fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Graduated minimum from diploma degree
- Familiar with Fidelio is preferable
- A good level of spoken Japanese Language is A MUST
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fact paced environment
- Enthusiasm and commitment to the job
